Our family loves to eat!

This blog is dedicated to pictures of me and my family eating. I realized I had a bunch of pictures of just me and Shelby eating dinner with different parts of my family at different times. At the Stephen's house eating is the most important thing and it happens much too often but we like to eat and talk.
I forgot there are also a few random pictures of Harvey in here. I love pictures of Harvey. They always make me smile.
At Firehouse pizza in Logan with Liz and her family

At DP Cheesestakes in Lehi with Cat's Family and Craig

At Joe Bandito's in Springville with Andy and his family and Craig

I am sure there will be more eating pictures to come especially because it is getting cold out. I know that was total blog overload not to mention picture overload but I have promised Shelby I am going to better and stay on top of it.

Labor Day Ride

For Labor Day weekend we went on a motorcycle ride. First stop was in Cokeville. We stayed the night with Grandma and Grandpa Cub and of course they made us a delicious breakfast before we left the next morning. Then we rode to Driggs, that is where the hotel was that we stayed in. The next day we rode through Island park and West Yellowstone and into Yellowstone all they way through the park and to Jackson, where we ate dinner.  Then back to Driggs and the next day back home. It was a lot of miles and a lot of fun. So many beautiful things we saw.

 Mesa Falls
It is too bad there is not more warm weather here in Utah because we don't get to go on rides nearly enough.

Girls Day

We finally decided that the girls in my family needed to have a girls day. We have not been all together with no husbands and no kids I think since we were all single and had no kids. We went to West Yellowstone to go to the Playmill theater. We went up early and spent the day up there shopping and just hanging out. We had such a good fun relaxing day. I think my sisters probably extra liked it cuz they had kids to get away from. Hopefully we will do it again soon!
At Big Springs, that is one of my favorite places. The fish are amazing.
Madi got to come along since she is one of two granddaughters and the other one lives in Texas. She was so good all day.

She made this face when we stuck her in the rain it was hilarious.

My niece Madi is so cute. I just can not get enough of her!

Ride!

Another one of Shelby's favorite hobbies is riding his motorcycle. Luckily this is one that I can do with him. These are pictures from one of our saturday rides to Scofield. I had never been there and it was such a pretty ride. It was us and Mike and Jess. We had so much fun.

The River of No Return!!!

Our favorite thing to do in our family is go white water rafting on the Salmon river. The problem is it is really hard to get a permit. You just have to get really lucky and this year we did finally. We only had three of the original Stephens kids on the trip, but we got to bring along most of the in laws which was great. We got on the river on Monday and off on Friday. It was so much fun and it is always so sad for it to be over.
Chard at the Fireman memorial on the way to the river. He used to helireppell just like they did.
Chard showing me his yummy food on the river.
A lot of relaxing on the river.

Dinner time (fish tacos and cafe rio salads) delicious!

Potty break on the way home
Lunch on the 12 hour drive home
Hopefully we get a permit for the river again soon!
